The following Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions outline how Homecraftia will use your personal data, and detail how the server is run. Please ensure you read through carefully before committing to joining.
Personal Data
In order to join the server, Homecraftia do require some personal details such as your Facebook name and Minecraft gamer and Discord tags. Only essential information is collected, and is solely used for the setting up of your server subscription, and to communicate with you regarding the server. Your details will not be shared with anyone, and will be held securely for the length of your subscription period.
Set Up Process & Payment
Once you have filled out the Google sign up form and paid via the attached Ko-fi payment link, you will be whitelisted on the server. Please be aware that this process may take a few days following your payment being received, as all Homecraftia admins help run the server in their spare time, so do have other commitments outside of running the server.
Once monthly payments are received, no refunds or transfers will be possible. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Terms Of Service
Whilst it’s hoped that technical issues will not occur during your subscription period, situations do sometimes arise that are out of the admins’ control, and which may see the server go down for a time. Admins always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to minimise inconvenience, but may not always be able to do so if an issue is of a more complex nature.
Server resets occur every so often if a major Minecraft update is released to allow players the best experience. Resets can incur some technical difficulties so there may be a period where the server is briefly unavailable. Again, admins do endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure the server is back up and running again in a timely fashion.
Group Rules
It is important that server rules are respected to ensure that all players enjoy a pleasant experience whilst using Homecraftia. Please take time read through the rules which you can find via the navigation link above.
Admins may contact you if your child has failed to follow rules in order to try and resolve the issues. If rule breaking becomes a persistent problem, it may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the Homecraftia server.
If it’s found that any parent accounts within the Individual Membership are being used by an unpaid child account then the respective account will be removed from the whitelist.
